Wearing DSM whites and also T20 coloured clothing over the season the school side enjoyed a successful season aswell as a tour to Cyprus. Their cricket master, Ben Usher also had a great season sponsored by DSM playing for NYSD Division 1 champions in 2010, Barnard castle CC.
A hotbed for producing talented sportsmen in both rugby and cricket the school are provided with their equipment and clothing by DSM Cricket. their master in charge of cricket Ben usher who played for Warwickshire and England amateurs is also a sponsored DSM player.
The school have ex Derbyshire and Durham county cricketer, John Lister as their school cricket coach. many of their pupils have gone on to play first class cricket.
